I'm still going to get to the whole Kenny Rogers story, but right now, I just need to catch up on work, errands, and get over being sad that my mom left today. :( Ya know, she almost moved here 2 years ago - she had her house in Maine up for sale, she had been looking for houses here and had applied to a couple of jobs here. And then, 6 weeks before the move, she just couldn't do it. She couldn't leave Maine and her life there. And, while we understand, we've been sad ever since. And it just gets worse every time she comes out and then leaves again. It sure would change our kids' lives, too, to have a grandparent around. Oh well. I'll be less sad tomorrow.
So, onto work and errands. I thought I had hit a big lull in photography clients, but in the past day, I've gotten busy all over again. That part is kind of nice.
