I did it! I've now run the 30-minute Wii Fit free run for 2 days in a row!!! I can't believe I did it! I started with 8-minute runs, then moved to 10-minute, then 20-minute and finally hit the half hour run yesterday. So, far I'm running about 4.1 miles in 30 minutes, but I'd like to increase that a bit.
I am just so shocked that after only 5 weeks of exercising, my endurance has increased by leaps and bounds, I can do actually do push ups instead of faking them, and I am actually feeling stronger every single day.
I'll have more on what I've been doing pretty soon - maybe next week - but it's supposed to be 70 outside today, so I'm outta here!!!
