While I spent the last month writing about epilepsy, I've been busy doing a lot of scrapbooking. And I'm so excited to write about something other than epilepsy and get back to scrapbooking and quilting. My friend, Kris, said it beautifully when she posted on Facebook, " I don't want these posts to end and yet I do. I'm tired of all of this and I want epilepsy to go away. I want a happy ending."
Creative projects keep me sane and help calm me so it's lovely to have this space back for those posts. I'm going to wrap up my 2013 posts (finally!) and start posting my 2014 layouts.
As tired as I was of this format, I wanted to keep the digital layouts consistent so I stuck with the same format for the last two months of 2013. The stories have been told and that's the most important thing. We lost Tom's grandmother during this time and there's quite a bit I had to blur out for private family moments.
