My kids talked me into doing a December Daily album (yes, Emily, your pleas worked!) so I need to finish posting my Week in the Life pages so I can move onto posting both Project Life and December Daily pages!
Friday was Halloween and neither of my girls would dress up or go out so Andrew and his younger cousins were the only ones out trick-or-treating. I just had to start off my spread with a photo of them in costume. Andrew was a very blond Rocky. :)
The funniest thing about the next page is the little red tab of adhesive backing. LOL. I didn't even see it when I was photographing these pages. Normally, I would rephotograph the page but it's Sunday night and I have family visiting for the holiday week so I'm going to leave it. :)
One of my favorite parts of the Week in the Life process is taking the opportunity to document daily routines. I love getting Elizabeth's morning documented and into an album.
The front of the 3x8 insert included the day card plus a photo of the back deck. And our first snow!
On the back is a 3x8 photo of Andrew in costume.
And another routine documented - what we do on a sick day. The couch + food in the family room + TV all day long - routines that aren't otherwise allowed.
I had to leave the sickie home alone for awhile today. We were hosting a family Halloween party so I had to go grocery shopping.
I continue to like the contrast of 4x6 pages facing 3x4 pages. The white borders around the photos make it clean and linear, too, even amidst all the contrasting colors.
And the last page included a couple of photos from the party.
I hope you all had a great weekend and are busy prepping for the holiday week!
