One of my goals for my Project Life album this year is to stay very flexible, as well as very simple. I'm not trying to invent the wheel or make it perfect. I'm trying to tell the stories of our life and get it done. That's it.
With that in mind, I've realized that a lot of my layouts are going to be text-heavy. And one of the ways to fit in all the stories I want to tell is to add text to some of the photos.
I've finished the first three weeks of 2015 and besides a lot of text, I seem to be gravitating towards a lot of red + neutrals. It's the darn red couch that pulls me towards the red elements. LOL!
Week 1 is a simple one-page layout. It was really a half-week and not many photos.
Week two included a back-to-school routine that wasn't really back-to-school with two snow days, plus my birthday.
I made a two-page layout for this week.
And thanks to my friend, Doris, for inspiring me to take a photo of everyone singing to me. I love it!!!
Week three was another one-page layout. It was a rough week for all of us, including a very tough week for Libby with multiple seizures. I just didn't take many photos and I'm fine with that.
Happy Monday!
