Every single time I sit down to create a layout, I'm so grateful for deciding to do this project again this year. I know it sounds like a broken record, but I'm thrilled to have these memories written down. :)
Week 4 - I used my standard Design A template and just a couple of cards from the Project 52 Collection. I didn't want the cards to be quite as vibrant so I reduced the opacity on them and I love the difference that tiny adjustment makes.
We had a lot, a serious LOT, of stuff going on this week so I used even more text than usual. And since part of it was just UGH (seizures and food poisoning), it was totally fine that I didn't have many photos to go with it. LOL.
Adding journaling to photos continues to be one of my favorite ways to embellish a layout, plus it give me more room to tell the story. When I have this much text and when so much of it is on photos, I stick with one font. Readability is the key to making it work and not overwhelm the design.
